Young People’s One-to-One Worker (Full time)
We have a vacancy for highly motivated young people’s one-to-one worker to work directly with young people aged 8-25, delivering one-to-one support. Work will also include assessments and home visits with young people referred to the project. Advocacy, family and multi-agency working will be required.
Contract: Permanent contract (subject to funding).
Hours: 35 hours per week including occasional evening, weekend and residential work (with notice)
Salary: £26,480
Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution
Holiday: 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays, plus one day birthday leave.
Additional benefits: These additional benefits are non-contractual. They are confirmed until March 2025 but will be subject to funding after that)
Annual £200 Health & Wellbeing Fund per employee
Access to external supervision as well as line management supervision
Up to five days paid carers/dependents leave per year
