Young People’s One-to-One Worker
You will work directly with young people aged 8-25, delivering one-to-one support. Work will also include assessments and home visits with young people referred to the project, as well as occasional group work. Advocacy, family and multi-agency working will be required.
Contract: Permanent contract (subject to funding)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,500
Pension: 5% pension
Additional benefits: (These benefits are non-contractual - they are confirmed for 2022-23 but will be subject to funding after that)
Annual £200 Health & Wellbeing Fund per employee
Access to external supervision as well as line management supervision
