Fundraising Manager (Full Time)
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000
Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution
Education Development Worker (Part Time)
Hours: Part Time either 21 or 28 hours per week (in negotiation with successful candidate)
Salary: £25,000 FTE (pro rata for 21 hours = £15,000, pro rata for 28 hours = £20,000)
Pension: 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution
Additional benefits: (These additional benefits are non-contractual. They are confirmed for 2022-23 but will be subject to funding after that)
Annual £200 Health & Wellbeing Fund per employee
Access to external supervision as well as line management supervision
