Boloh: Barnardo’s COVID-19 helpline and webchat for BAME people aged 11+

In many languages, Boloh means speak. If you are Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic and have been affected by the pandemic and you need advice or someone to talk to, you can call us confidentially on 0800 1512605 or have an online chat with the specialist support advisor. Available Mon-Fri, from 1pm-8pm. Helpline advisors can talk in English, Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi. Psychotherapists can provide therapeutic support in English, Hindi, Bengali, French and Punjabi.
