Young Carers are eligible for Everyone Active’s concession rate, which they can accessing by providing proof that they are a carer at their nearest venue. Everyone Active will accept a Young Carers Assessment or a letter from their school, GP, FIS/social worker or from Sheffield Young Carers as evidence that they are a young carer . (Please note: Sheffield Young Carers can only provide evidence letters for young carers they have worked with in their service).
